Ken Archer
President

Mr. Archer joined Prime Communications in 2008 and is responsible for all functional and financial areas of the company. He is currently a member of PRG systems board of directors, which is the holding company for Prime Communications. In 2005, prior to joining Prime Communications, Mr. Archer was the Vice President of North America Channels where he was responsible for the channel strategy, program, operations, partner management team and the ultimate satisfaction of Avaya’s portfolio of 1600 authorized partners. In 2004 and 2005, Mr. Archer was the Director of the Direct Response Channel (Direct Marketing Resellers/DMRs) for the Hewlett Packard Company. Mr. Archer managed a $5 Billion dollar business with reseller portfolio of DMRs and computer retailers that sold commercial products. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Archer was the Director of Major/National Partner for the Hewlett Packard Company, where he was responsible for Hewlett Packard’s largest and most strategic partners. The portfolio of partners produced over $4 Billion in reselling revenue. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Archer was the Director of Hewlett-Packard’s most productive channel with over 20,000 value added reseller partners, producing $8-10 Billion is sales over the three years. Prior to this time, Mr. Archer had 20 years of other channel and direct sales leadership positions with both the Hewlett Packard Company and with two different channel partners. Mr. Archer achieved, from 1976-1980, his BS in Marketing from West Chester University in Pennsylvania and his Executive MBA degree in Business Management, from 1990 to 1993, from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.
 

Anthony F. Zarro
Vice President

Anthony (Tony) Zarro is a seasoned sales professional who has worked in the telecommunications industry for over sixteen (16) years. Prior to joining Prime Communications, Tony served as the Vice President of New Business Development for a Platinum Avaya Business Partner in the northeast. From 1995 to 2001, Tony was Vice President of New Business Development for the enterprise voice division of All Communications Corporation. Before that Tony held various sales management positions at Northern Telecom, Nynex Meridian Systems, and Fujitsu Communications.
 

 
Joseph Scotti
Vice President

Joe Scotti brings to Prime Communications over twenty (20) years of experience in Sales Leadership of highly sophisticated communications systems. Prior to joining Prime Communications, Joe was the Vice President of Sales for a Platinum Avaya Business Partner in the northeast. From 1995 to 2001, Joe was Executive Vice President of the enterprise voice division of All Communications Corporation. Prior to that Joe held Senior Sales Management positions with Northern Telecom, Nynex Meridian Systems, Cortel Business Systems, and Standard Telecommunications Inc.
